Millie from squad 3 competed at the 2023 Police Uk National Championships over the weekend. She was the fastest female in the country in both the 50m and 200m breaststroke events. She also knocked an impressive 5 seconds off her long course PB. Superb performance Millie

The Swim England North West Summer Regional Championships will be held at Liverpool Aquatics Centre on the following dates: 25th March and 26th March 2023 29th April and 30th April 2023 13th May and 14th May 2023
