Welcome to Lancaster City Swimming & Water Polo Club, a historic club with over 130 years of success in both swimming and water polo. Whether you're looking to compete at a national level, improve your skills, or have fun with mini polo, we offer a wide range of opportunities for all ages and abilities.

Founded in 1889, we are the only club in the Lancaster District offering both competitive swimming and water polo, with a proud history of national and regional titles. Lancaster City Amateur Swimming and Water Polo Club is a Swim England affiliated competitive Swimming and Water Polo club based at Salt Ayre Sports Centre.

SWIMMING	WATER POLO	MASTERS
From Stage 6 to National events, our development program supports swimmers at all levels. Our athletes regularly compete in local, regional, and national meets, with many progressing to County, Regional, and National Championships.	As one of the most successful water polo clubs in the UK, we boast nine British Championship titles and eleven Senior National titles. Our members include Olympians and Great Britain coaches, and we offer mini polo for younger swimmers to have fun while learning the game.	Our Masters Swimming group caters to athletes aged 18 and above, offering a supportive environment for swimmers of all abilities. Competing at both national and international levels, including the World Championships, the Masters team has quickly become a core part of the club since its inception in 2022.
