The Swim England North West Young Volunteer Award is a fantastic opportunity for young people (ages 14-17) to develop their skills, knowledge, and experience in aquatic sports. The award prepares volunteers for roles in coaching, teaching, events, and officiating within the swimming and water polo disciplines.

Lancaster City Amateur Swimming And Water Polo Club is a multi sport club, as such, young volunteers are expected to gain knowledge in both our swimming and water polo disciplines.  They will also be required to complete the Official Qualifications for both swimming and water polo as part of the course.
